Is Social Capital a CRM?
No. A CRM tracks deals and pipelines for a sales team. Social Capital is for one person and all of their relationships: what you talked about, what matters to each person, and what you owe each other. There are no fields or stages to keep updated.
How long does capturing a conversation take?

Who can see what I write?
Your notes belong to your account and are never shown to other users. They’re encrypted in transit, you can delete anything at any time, and we never sell your data or use it for ads.
What if it gets a detail wrong?
Transcripts and promises are picked out automatically, so check anything important. You can edit anything after it’s saved.
What does it cost?
